Open your download email or order
If email delivery is enabled, we send one email when your download is ready. Several files come together as one ZIP archive. The email links to a private download page, and you can also track progress and download from your order.
Access lasts 72 hours from payment confirmation or free-order activation. Check your order for the exact expiry time. Your download link works until then; after that, the prepared files are deleted.

You do not need a Baidu account. You need a valid Baidu Netdisk share link and its extraction code, if required. Sign in to a PanPull account to create an order and access your downloads.
How is the price calculated?
Up to 150 MB is free. Larger downloads start at $0.98 for the first GB, plus $0.48 per additional GB, with size-based price caps. The server confirms your total before payment.
How do I pay?
PayPal is supported. Payment is confirmed by our server before download access is granted. Please do not pay again while a payment is being confirmed.
How long are download links valid?
Your order page shows when the service period ends. Until then, your download link keeps working from the order page and from your email, so you can download again if a download is interrupted. After that, the prepared files are deleted.
What happens if a download fails?
If preparation fails, your order page shows it with a “Try again” button that prepares the download again. If it still fails, use “Report a problem” and include your order number. Paid orders that cannot be delivered are refunded; see our refund policy.
Can I use other cloud drives?
The first version supports Baidu Netdisk. Other providers are not available yet.
