About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and PanPull, the operator of the website panpull.com ("PanPull", "we", "us"). They apply whenever you use PanPull, create an account or place an order. If you do not agree to them, do not use PanPull.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Our Refund Policy is part of these terms.

The service

PanPull fetches files from Baidu Netdisk (Baidu Pan) share links and delivers them to you as a download.

You paste a Baidu share link and, if the share has one, its extraction code.
We check the share and show the total size and the price before you pay.
An order includes every file in the share. If the site lets you choose files, it includes the files you chose.
After payment, or straight away for a free order, a download service operated for PanPull fetches the files from Baidu and stores them temporarily.
Each order is delivered as one download: a single file as itself, several files as one ZIP archive without compression.

PanPull is an independent service and is not affiliated with Baidu or PayPal. You do not need a Baidu account, and we never ask for your Baidu password.

PanPull does not host, index or sell content. It only fetches files from the share links that you submit.

Who can use PanPull

You may use PanPull if you are an adult under the law where you live. If you are not, you may use it only if you have reached the age of digital consent in your country and a parent or guardian agrees to these terms for you and approves any payment.

Your account

You need a PanPull account to place an order. Checking a share link does not need one.

Use an email address at which you can receive mail. We do not verify it, and your download email is sent to it. If it is wrong, the email will not reach you, but you can still download from the order page while signed in.
Keep your password secret and do not let anyone else use your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

Acceptable use

Submit only share links to files that you are entitled to download, such as your own files or files whose owner allows you to download them. You are responsible for the links you submit and for what you do with the files.

Do not use PanPull to:

download, store or share content that is illegal or that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
download files that you have no right to download;
avoid paying, or exploit the free allowance or the share bonus, for example with several accounts or automated orders;
overload, disrupt, scrape or probe the service, or get around its access controls or rate limits;
use another person's account, order, download link or payment method without permission;
resell PanPull or its download links without our written permission.

Quotes, prices and payment

Checking a share link is free. The quote shows the total size and the price before you pay, and the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. It includes any VAT or sales tax that applies.

Orders within the free allowance cost nothing (currently up to 150 MB in total). Larger orders are priced per GB, with caps that limit the price of large orders. The pricing page shows the current prices.
A quote is valid for a limited time. If it expires, check the link again to get a new quote.
You pay through PayPal, either with a PayPal account or with PayPal's guest debit or credit card checkout. PayPal's own terms also apply to the payment.
We never receive your full card number or your PayPal password.
An order is paid only when PayPal confirms the payment to us; a message in your browser is not enough. Do not pay again while a payment is being confirmed.
By paying, you ask us to start preparing your download right away. If you live in the EU or the UK, the Refund Policy explains how this affects your right of withdrawal.
We may change prices, the free allowance and the share bonus at any time. Changes do not affect orders you have already placed.

Delivery and the service period

After PayPal confirms your payment, or when a free order is activated, your files are prepared automatically. How long this takes varies, but the download must be ready within the preparation time, which is counted from the payment confirmation or free activation (currently 72 hours). If it is not ready in time, the order ends without a download, and you can get a full refund of a paid order under our Refund Policy.

When the download is ready, we send one email with a private link to your download page, to the email address on your account. You can also download from the order page while signed in.
The download is available during the order's service period, which is shown with your quote and order (currently 72 hours). The service period starts when the download is ready, that is, when we provide the download link. It does not start at payment confirmation or free activation, or when the email arrives. Once the download is ready, the order page and the email show the exact time it ends.
When the service period ends, the prepared files are deleted from storage and can no longer be downloaded. Save your files in time.
Every time you use a download link, PanPull checks the order, refunds, your account status and the service period. Links stop working when the service period ends, when the order is refunded or when the account is disabled.
Keep the link in the email private. Anyone who has it can open your download page while access lasts.
If the files in the share change after you pay, preparation stops rather than delivering different files. The Refund Policy explains what happens next.

Free allowance and share bonus

Orders within the free allowance cost nothing. Free orders are prepared and delivered like paid orders, with the same preparation time and service period.

When sharing would make your order free, the checkout page may offer a share bonus. If you share PanPull with one of its share buttons (such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, X, Reddit or copy link) and then come back to the checkout page, the free allowance for that one order rises to the amount shown there (currently 300 MB). We cannot see whether or what you actually posted.

We do not check whether you actually shared anything.
The bonus applies to one order only and does not stack: more clicks or more shares do not raise it further.
It has no cash value and cannot be transferred.
We may change or withdraw the share bonus at any time.
What you post on another platform is subject to that platform's rules.

Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund Policy, which also explains the right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and the UK. A refunded order loses download access immediately.

Availability

PanPull depends on Baidu Netdisk, on the share staying available and on the download service. A share can be deleted, blocked, changed or restricted at any time, and Baidu may limit access to it.

We do not guarantee download speed, how long preparation takes, or that every share can be delivered.
We may change, pause or stop PanPull or parts of it, for example for maintenance or when a provider changes. If we cannot deliver a paid order, the Refund Policy applies.

Intellectual property and complaints

Files that you download through PanPull belong to their owners. PanPull claims no rights in them, and using PanPull gives you no rights to them.

The PanPull name, logo, website and software belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to use the service.

If you believe PanPull was used to download your content without permission, or you want to report other misuse, write to contact@panpull.com and include:

the share link or order number, if you know it;
the work or right concerned;
your name and contact details;
a statement that you hold the rights or are authorized to act for the rights holder.

We review every report and may disable the accounts involved, which ends their download access at once. PanPull keeps prepared files only for the service period. Files stored on Baidu Netdisk can only be removed by Baidu or the share owner, so please report them to Baidu as well.

Disclaimers

PanPull is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond those in these terms. In particular, we do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the files in a share are complete, accurate, lawful or free of malware. Files come from third parties, so check them before you open them.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that you have under consumer protection law and that cannot be excluded by contract.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows:

we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit, business or goodwill;
we are not liable for loss caused by Baidu, PayPal, the download service or other third parties, or by events outside our reasonable control;
our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to limit.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using PanPull at any time. To have your account deleted, contact us as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or disable your account, or refuse an order, if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect PanPull, its users or others. A disabled account is signed out, and its download links stop working immediately.

If we disable your account or stop the service although you have not broken these terms, the Refund Policy applies to paid orders that you could not download.

The sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law continue to apply after your use of PanPull ends.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the service or the law changes. We will publish the new version on this page with a new effective date. Orders placed before a change remain under the terms that applied when you placed them. If you continue to use PanPull after a change, the new terms apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts of that country. Before you go to court, please contact us at contact@panpull.com so that we can try to solve the problem.

If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest of the terms still apply.
